Information You Provide
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Bedford Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those search entries on its own servers. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message and use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Routine hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review that information in aggregate to maintain the service and understand which reference pages are used. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate the reference, resolve technical issues, measure traffic, and improve the pages. We do not sell lists of visitors or create individual visitor profiles.
Linked Services
Links may lead to Bedford, Tarrant County, Texas, library, archive, and third-party search services. The privacy rules of each destination apply to information submitted there, including information supplied to sponsored search results operated by another company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers can process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic technical data described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires disclosure.
Security and Retention

This reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor sent information to us, and we will delete it.
Your Information Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data a website keeps. The Bedford research did not identify a Texas consumer-privacy statute to cite for this private reference. Because we retain very little, a request generally involves reviewing the contact mailbox and server logs and deleting information found there. Use the Contact page to ask. Texas Public Information Act records under Tex. Gov't Code ch. 552, including records held by Bedford, Tarrant County, or Texas agencies, are controlled by their custodians rather than by this site.
